In Short

  • Lead & Coach a team of high-performing Senior Account Executives.
  • Set clear activity and performance standards for the team.
  • Ensure pipeline rigor and accurate forecasting.
  • Identify areas for improvement in sales processes.
  • Help build senior relationships within Enterprise accounts.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Attract, hire, and onboard top-tier sales talent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years managing teams.
  • Proven ability to mentor and coach sales talent.
  • Strong history of exceeding quota in an international market.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like SPICED or MEDDIC.
  • Experience using tools like HubSpot and Gong.
