Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems quickly.
  • Proven record of driving client satisfaction.
  • Tech-savvy with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Success in growing annual account spend.
  • Healthcare, EMR, EHR experience is a plus.
  • Upsell experience is desirable.
