Overview

Luma Health is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and empathetic Project Manager to join our Delivery team. In this role, you will act as the central point of contact for our customers during implementation, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience.

In Short

• Serve as the project owner and main customer liaison throughout the implementation process.
• Partner with Solution Consultants and Technical teams to ensure customer alignment.
• Manage project scope, timeline, milestones, and risks for high-quality delivery.
• Drive effective stakeholder engagement across internal teams and customer organizations.
• Proactively identify and resolve project blockers and keep parties informed.
• Lead project meetings and customer touchpoints to foster strong relationships.
• Champion delivery process improvements for scalable success.
• Ensure alignment with best practices and documentation protocols.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise implementations.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable leading multiple projects with autonomy.
• Adept at navigating ambiguity with structured planning.
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on removing delivery roadblocks.
• Familiarity with implementation best practices for SaaS platforms.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or related field.
