Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in Insurance, Manpower Services, or Wellness sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building ability.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
