MagicSchool is seeking a mission-driven Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) to lead strategic partnerships with schools and districts across your region, directly reducing teacher burnout and accelerating student learning through impactful implementation of our tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years in SaaS Customer Success.
• Experience leading commercial conversations.
• Technically proficient with tools like Salesforce and Gong.
• Experience in EdTech or classroom/admin experience.
• Comfortable with up to 25% travel.
