Requirements

  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Technical account management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in Digital Forensics and Incident Response.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Gainsight.
  • Understanding of network architecture certifications.
  • Ability to work extra hours as needed.
  • Travel may be required.
