Overview

The Sr. Manager of Customer Success will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of Customer Success accounts and leading a team of Customer Success Executives, Platform Architects, and Customer Success Managers across ServiceNow’s clients.

  • Proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like ServiceNow and Salesforce.
  • Experience supporting customers through digital transformation.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
