• Deep experience with the Japan market and customer engagement.
• Understanding of coaching and mentoring approaches.
• Ability to motivate a growing team of Presales Solutions Consultants.
• Experience in Value Based Selling or Solution Selling.
• Thorough understanding of the SaaS market and Service Management practices.
