Manager, Solutions Consulting - Remote

Overview

Hello Heart is seeking a talented Manager, Solutions Consulting who will play a critical part of our commercial team by supporting the sales team focusing on Hello Heart Solutions. You will be responsible for being a SME for the sales, product, customer success, marketing, consultant relations, and partnerships teams.

In Short

• Partner with the Commercial team to increase win rates.
• Speak at employer benefits and health plan conferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Create content to improve solution knowledge.
• Serve as a clinical and solutions SME.
• Assist with clinical responses to RFPs and proposals.
• Demonstrate client value with shared clients’ consultant teams.
• Be an internal and external resource on product features.
• Execute high-level sales presentations for partners.
• Travel approximately 10~20%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Valid clinical certification or degree in a healthcare-related field.
• 4+ years experience in client-facing roles.
• Experience with product and solutions teams in healthcare tech.
• Experience in a high growth environment, ideally a startup.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 10~20%.
