In Short

• Serve as a confidential thought partner and coach to the executive team.
• Facilitate executive feedback loops and individual development plans.
• Partner with leadership on organizational design and succession planning.
• Assess leadership effectiveness and guide transitions.
• Build frameworks for leadership accountability and performance conversations.
• Strengthen leadership alignment across regions.
• Facilitate collaboration between executive leaders and regional teams.
• Design and implement leadership enablement programs.
• Identify and close leadership skill gaps.
• Advise on executive compensation philosophy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting senior executives directly.
• Strong organizational design and change management expertise.
• Deep knowledge of leadership development and performance frameworks.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and discretion.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel to Tel Aviv (up to 30%).
