Executive Business Partner - Remote

Overview

As the Executive Business Partner to our SVP of Sales and Partnerships, and VP of Post-Sales, you’ll be supporting and driving a variety of initiatives that will enable your leaders and their teams to do their best work.

In Short

• Partner closely with senior executives, providing high-quality administrative and operational support.
• Act as a trusted gatekeeper and thought partner, managing complex calendars and scheduling.
• Own travel and logistics end-to-end, planning itineraries and coordinating events.
• Streamline communication and coordination between executives and their teams.
• Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
• Maintain professionalism and discretion while handling confidential information.
• Collaborate with the Executive Operations team to ensure alignment on meetings and deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting VP+ executives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities and adapt quickly to changes.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Strong business judgment and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working across functions and time zones.
• High emotional intelligence and an instinct for building trust.
