• You will own, operate, and scale systems and processes.
• Draft and review internal communications and assist with legal documentation.
• Own and optimize the contract lifecycle process using Ironclad.
• Ensure legal documents and policies are organized and accessible.
• Partner with the Legal team to create playbooks and workflows.
• Build and maintain customized reports for legal matters.
• 5+ years of experience in legal operations or as a paralegal.
• Professional experience with legal management platforms.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a paralegal or legal operations role.
• Experience with scaling and automating legal systems.
• Hands-on experience with Ironclad and Asana.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
