Overview

The Legal Operations Manager will scale our in-house legal operations function, supporting our in-house counsel to optimize and streamline legal operations including contract management, compliance, legal research, and the preparation of legal documents.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a paralegal in a SaaS or tech company.
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification required.
• Strong understanding of SaaS agreements and data privacy regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with legal technology and contract management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of intellectual property laws is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
