Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, 5+ in management.

• Proven track record in team building and mentoring.
• Strong collaboration skills with product teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfort in fast-paced, hypergrowth environments.
