Overview

The Manager, Solution Consulting will lead the pre-sales organization at ServiceNow, focusing on demonstration capability and strategy while managing a team of early career Presales Solution Consultants.

In Short

  • Lead the Solution Consulting team with a focus on performance and continual improvement.
  • Create a repeatable process for demonstration proficiency across ServiceNow’s products.
  • Define and refine the Demo Hub program capability.
  • Partner with Marketing and SC Field to enhance pipeline generation.
  • Manage a library of functional demonstration assets.
  • Develop capabilities for global outreach to EMEA and APJ.
  • Coach and develop both early and senior individual contributors.
  • Build relationships and trust within and outside the organization.
  • Articulate the power and value of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Adapt strategies based on long-term outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience integrating AI into work processes.
  • Strong pre-sales experience, preferably at ServiceNow.
  • Thought leadership in storytelling with software.
  • Able to lead process and systems development.
  • Ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow's sales process.
  • Ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Experience in managing demonstration capabilities.
  • Proven success in pipeline generation strategies.
  • Strong communication skills.
