Overview

The Senior Customer Success Manager at Palo Alto Networks is responsible for driving customer adoption of security integrations and ensuring a high-quality service experience for clients.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success, account management, or consulting roles.
  • Knowledge of Cloud platforms and cybersecurity.
  • Strong project management and consulting skills.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions.
  • Ability to influence teams and engage stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of GainSight, SFDC, and GoogleSuite is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Positive mindset and commitment to collaboration.
