In Short

  • Lead a mixed-segment portfolio of employee and union clients.
  • Onboard new clients with a strong launch plan.
  • Develop customized service and strategic plans for clients.
  • Drive successful enrollment and engagement with Color’s products.
  • Maintain high client NPS and renewal rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor client engagement and performance metrics.
  • Serve as the client’s advocate and problem-solver.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Contribute to tools and resources that enhance client experience.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of customer service experience in a high-growth company.
  • Deep understanding of employee benefits and digital health.
  • Proven track record of strategic client management.
  • Experience serving enterprise clients and HR leaders.
  • Excellent messaging and presentation skills.
  • Strong bias for action and organizational skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical skills for data interpretation.
  • Data integration proficiency and advanced Sheets knowledge.
