Staff Software Engineer, DevOps/SRE - Remote

Our innovative, guideline-based approach spans cancer screening, risk assessment, prevention, diagnosis, treatment support, and survivorship.

In Short

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud-native infrastructure on AWS.
• Improve and scale CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.
• Drive infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform.
• Develop internal tooling and platform capabilities to accelerate engineering productivity.
• Mentor and guide engineers to align application and infrastructure needs.
• Serve as technical lead for infrastructure projects.
• Manage and tune database infrastructure.
• Partner with security and compliance to meet regulatory standards.
• Participate in the team's on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes & EKS.
• Strong experience with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code.
• Production experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid foundation in Linux systems and networking.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and on-call practices.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
