• Support design, project management, and execution of multi-channel campaigns.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their populations and recommend strategies.
• Present Color’s engagement marketing approach to clients.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver effective marketing programs.
• Brainstorm and solve outreach challenges creatively.
• 5+ years of marketing experience required, preferably in B2B2C.
• Experience with Braze software is a plus.
• Strong project management and communication skills are essential.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience executing high volume marketing campaigns.
• Experience using and executing campaigns in Braze software.
• Experience creating and implementing comprehensive enrollment marketing plans.
• Demonstrated success in driving multi-channel engagement.
• Strong project management, written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborate with and present to clients.
• Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Track and report on key performance indicators.
• Motivated and energetic, able to work independently and collaboratively.
