• Seeking a detail-oriented Engagement Marketing Manager.
• Support project management and execution of multi-channel communication campaigns.
• Drive member enrollment across Color’s customer base.
• Consult with clients on effective strategies for outreach.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and internal teams.
• Experience in managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• 5+ years of marketing experience required.
• Experience with Braze software is a plus.
• Potential for growth in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and communication skills needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience with B2B2C products.
• Experience in creating enrollment marketing plans.
• Demonstrated success in multi-channel engagement.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with clients.
• Ability to analyze performance data.
• Motivated and energetic, able to work independently.
• Experience with union and blue collar populations is nice to have.
• Experience with Metabase and Google Suite is a plus.
