Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Horizon3.ai, you will play a foundational role in growing and shaping our post-sales experience, serving as a strategic advisor to high-value customers in the cybersecurity domain.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of customers as their primary post-sales technical advisor.
  • Cultivate champions with security leaders and guide them through the adoption lifecycle.
  • Deliver technical onboarding and enablement for the NodeZero platform.
  • Partner with IT and Security teams to interpret pentest results and guide security strategy.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest solutions to enhance their cybersecurity posture.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Renewals teams to drive retention and growth.
  • Act as a customer advocate, relaying feedback to internal teams.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews.
  • Contribute to documentation and training materials.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer health using internal CS platforms.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Technical Account Management in a SaaS cybersecurity environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity practices and relevant certifications preferred.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise security and offensive security preferred.
  • Strong customer acumen and ability to present to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience managing a book of business with revenue targets.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, and JIRA.
