Intake Counsellor - Remote

Overview

The Intake Counsellor will provide high-quality, solution-focused counselling and information support services to employees of client companies, primarily through telephone communication.

In Short

• Provide evidence-based counselling support telephonically.
• Minimum of Master's in Psychology or Counselling required.
• Must have active registration as a Registered Psychologist or Psychometrician.
• Willingness to relocate to Malaysia with sponsorship for a working permit.
• Ability to provide short-term counselling.
• Fluency in Tagalog and English is essential.
• Experience in Employee Assistance Programs is preferred.
• Remuneration ranges from PHP 50,000 to PHP 70,000 per month.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology or Counselling.
• Valid license to practice counselling.
• Willingness to relocate and manage personal accommodation.
• Strong communication skills in Tagalog and English.
• Experience in EAP is a plus.
