EAP Counsellor - Remote

In Short

• Provide telephonic counseling and crisis management.
• Assess clients for appropriateness of short-term counseling.
• Manage high-risk calls and refer clients as needed.
• Develop treatment plans collaboratively with clients.
• Maintain documentation in the case management system.
• Minimum 2 years of direct client-contact experience required.
• Fluency in Mandarin is necessary.
• Experience with clinical assessment tools is preferred.
• Training in mindfulness or solution-focused counseling is an asset.

Requirements

• Counselor or Psychologist with a Master’s degree.
• 2+ years of counseling or mental health services experience.
• Fluent in Mandarin.
• Experience with assessments and clinical tools.
• Mindfulness or solution-focused training is a plus.
