Overview

The Human Resources Generalist provides support to the Human Resources team, specifically for our Military OneSource contract, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, employee support, and HR operations.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Experience with HRIS platforms like Paylocity and Zoho.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
