Overview

The HR Generalist at Granicus is the primary HR partner for employees and people managers in India, responsible for delivering a consistent and positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.

In Short

• Own the employee experience lifecycle including onboarding, induction, ongoing support, and offboarding.
• Lead new joiner welcoming and HR induction programs.
• Act as the first point of contact for all HR queries.
• Manage end-to-end offboarding processes.
• Support investigations related to workplace conduct and grievances.
• Support implementation of HR policies and compliance requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy across employee records and HR documentation.
• Drive adoption of HRMIS platforms.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with employees and managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working with HR systems and MS Office.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving ability.
