Human Resources Generalist - Remote

Overview

Balance Health is the nation’s premier comprehensive lower-extremity focused Physician Practice. We are looking for an HR Generalist to support the Human Resources team and provide excellent support to our portfolio of practices in our Mountain West and Central US regions.

In Short

• Fully remote HR Generalist position.
• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources preferred.
• Responding to HR, policy, and benefits inquiries.
• Managing employee files and personnel data in Paylocity.
• Supporting onboarding for new hires and acquisitions.
• Assisting the HR Director in employee relations and investigations.
• Coordinating benefits administration.
• Ability to work during CST or MT business hours.
• Occasional travel to practice sites.
• Open to candidates in multiple states.

Requirements

• Knowledge of federal labor laws highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• High level of emotional intelligence.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to be a collaborative team player.
• Experience with employee relations.
• Strong consultative and coaching skills.
• Experience with HRIS is required; Paylocity preferred.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
