The Billing and Coding Manager is responsible for developing and managing the billing and coding processes to ensure compliance and efficiency within the revenue cycle. This role involves communication with various teams and leading a proficient billing and collections team.

Requirements

• Podiatry experience preferred.
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification required.
• 5+ years’ experience with insurance explanations.
• 3+ years’ experience with medical claims and billing.
• Extensive knowledge of ICD-10-CM and AMA CPT coding.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
• Ability to supervise and mentor others.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
