Billing Manager - Remote

Overview

The Billing Manager Finance Operations is responsible for monitoring billing for our partners worldwide within the O2C department, all with a global or multi-regional responsibility, related delivery of support, process improvements and innovation. This role will help to create and drive the strategic development of the Billing team and implement scalable solutions and best practices in the fields of Finance Operations and its stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in billing, Order2Cash, invoicing.
• Experience managing 10+ people.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proven cross-departmental facilitation experience.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle escalations independently.
• Proven track record in management.
• Experience managing large Billing Teams on a multinational level.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of ERP software and business processes.
• Lean Six Sigma Black belt and accounting qualifications are a plus.
