The Senior Manager, Billing is a strategic leadership role focused on optimizing billing operations and enhancing system integrations, particularly between Salesforce and Zuora. Responsible for shaping the billing department's strategy, policies, and procedures, this role involves managing a broad range of functions from data management and billings to ensuring audit compliance and process improvement.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in managing a Billing team.
• 3 years of experience with Zuora and Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Technical proficiency in Zuora Billing and Salesforce CRM.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
