Senior Billing Success Manager - Remote

As the fastest growing company in the therapy EMR space and the new standard in healthcare technology, we’re looking to bring on a Senior Billing Success Manager (BSM) who will serve as a Prompt billing expert to customers via our support channel, during customer onboarding, and will be an integral part of our BSM team.

In Short

• Onboard teams ranging from startups to mid markets to train their entire RCM staff on billing best practices.
• Assist sales as needed on the sales cycle for mid market prospects.
• Provide reporting training to teams of all sizes, particularly in the areas of accrual accounting, AR reporting, and RCM KPI data.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Support client accounting and finance teams in learning to obtain necessary reporting from the Prompt reporting suite.
• Establish and nurture relationships with client stakeholders and billing personnel.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings.
• Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide guidance and expertise to billing success managers/team members.
• Embrace a fast-paced environment, with occasional requirements to work beyond standard hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred; substantial experience may substitute for formal education.
• Must have 3+ years in the medical billing industry.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of billing experience for outpatient physical therapy clinics.
• Must have experience working in or with mid market RCM companies.
• 2-3 years minimum of RCM leadership experience.
• Strong technical skills and highly proficient in MS Excel.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal direction and oversight.
