Overview

As a Senior Customer Finance Analyst at Prompt, you will be a key driver of scalability within our finance department, leading process optimization and automation initiatives.

In Short

• Oversee the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle with 100% accuracy.
• Identify bottlenecks in billing workflow and implement automated solutions.
• Perform root-cause analysis on billing discrepancies.
• Audit and validate customer agreements for financial data integrity.
• Create customer accounts and process sensitive financial data.
• Manage complex customer financial inquiries and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Maintain the integrity of customer master data for reporting.
• Support ad-hoc projects, including ERP migrations and system integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Revenue Operations.
• Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and QuickBooks.
• Expert Excel/Google Sheets skills, including complex formulas.
• Proven problem-solving track record and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to distill complex data.
