Human Resources Generalist - Remote

Overview

The Human Resources Generalist (HRG) is responsible for the execution of a wide variety of HR processes and functions including new hire onboarding and orientation, offboarding, personnel data and file management, immigration, HR billing and PO process, and general HR-related inquiries.

In Short

• Manage full onboarding process from offer-signed to first day New Hire Orientation.
• Oversee initiation and processing of immigration related cases for foreign nationals.
• Manage new hire paperwork and verifications including E-Verify and i9.
• Maintain accurate HR billing and payments in partnership with Finance.
• Complete offboarding tasks in partnership with HRBPs and HR Leadership.
• Maintain personnel data and files within HRIS (Rippling).
• Order and distribute SWAG items and employee gifts.
• Answer HR related inquiries from employees.
• Maintain internal HR Intranet Notion page.
• Assist with annual HR initiatives including performance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of general HR experience.
• Experience leading or facilitating content in virtual group settings.
• Strong technical skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with diverse personality types.
• Knowledge of federal and California employment law.
• Proven interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
• Action oriented mindset.
