Human Resources Generalist - Remote

Overview

LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team.

In Short

• Support the full spectrum of Human Resources functions for a multi-state organization.
• Coordinate full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Support benefits administration and employee inquiries.
• Assist with employee relations and engagement initiatives.
• Work closely with the Director of HR on various HR initiatives.
• Participate in special projects related to HR operations.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee HR support needs.
• Contribute to compliance with government contracting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 – 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• Strong understanding of HR fundamentals and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
