Overview

The Capture Manager will oversee the development and growth of profitable new business, develop, and maintain effective key customer relationships, and ensure business growth through directing and managing business development activities.

Requirements

  • Seven or more years of Business Development experience in the DoD/Federal Markets.
  • Proven Business Development success across a variety of customers and capabilities.
  • Experience managing the proposal process.
  • Experience using Federal Compass, GOVWIN, or BGOV.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of the industry.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
