Overview

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing employee onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and recruitment processes while providing support to both employees and management.

In Short

  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires and ensure completion of documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in Paylocity.
  • Administer health insurance and employee benefits.
  • Assist with recruiting efforts, including resume screening and interview scheduling.
  • Serve as a resource for employees regarding policies and workplace concerns.
  • Support new hire orientation and handbook review.
  • Process wage changes and ensure time clock corrections are submitted.
  • Participate in hiring discussions and assist with the selection process.
  • Provide guidance on PTO, benefits, and company procedures.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Hybrid and remote options available.
