Overview

We are seeking an EAP Counsellor to join our team at Workplace Options, a leading provider of holistic wellbeing solutions. This role involves providing support to individuals through various communication methods, ensuring they feel heard and cared for.

In Short

• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Hybrid work model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
• Engage with clients through phone, video, chat, and email
• Provide crisis management and in-the-moment support
• Assess and manage high-risk calls
• Collaboratively develop treatment plans
• Maintain client confidentiality and documentation
• Minimum Level 4 diploma in Counselling required
• Experience with short-term counselling modalities
