Overview

As an EAP Counsellor at Workplace Options, you will provide essential support to clients through various communication methods, helping them navigate their challenges with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements

• Level 4 diploma in Counselling.
• Full Registration with a counselling body (BACP/BPS/UKCP).
• Experience in short-term counselling modalities.
• Training in crisis intervention is beneficial.
• Culturally sensitive and flexible in approach.
• Competent in using various contact methods.
• Ability to handle substance abuse and mental health issues.
