The Senior Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers, ensuring they receive maximum value from Vercel's products and services.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in B2B / SaaS.
  • Experience with Developer Tools and Infrastructure.
  • Manage relationships with Enterprise accounts.
  • Strong collaboration and remote work capabilities.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and SDLC processes.
  • Self-starter with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn technical concepts.
