We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our fast-growing team.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the NodeZero product.
  • Act as a customer advocate relaying feedback to internal teams.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and suggest solutions.
  • Conduct regular customer success check-ins and quarterly reviews.
  • Utilize customer data to identify risks and upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity practices.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with CRM and Customer Success software.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
