  • Support Varicent’s Strategic Customers as a Senior Customer Success Manager.
  • Drive success planning, adoption, change management, renewal and expansion activities.
  • Engage during the sales cycle for early Success Planning.
  • Provide training and coaching to the broader CSM team.
  • Develop strong relationships with Business Decision Makers (BDMs).
  • Document Customer success criteria and interactions in systems of record.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in business value consulting.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering Value Realization Workshops.
  • Familiarity with SPM products such as Varicent, Anaplan, or Xactly.
  • Proven ability to map customer’s business process to product capability.
  • Experience in driving transformation through effective change management.
  • Facilitation skills required.
  • Experience with revenue impacting business applications.
  • Strong executive engagement skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish Trusted Advisor relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in IT/business/finance.
