Overview

This role involves supporting mid-sized customers by optimizing their Weavix experience, driving adoption, and ensuring long-term retention through various strategies and engagement with stakeholders.

In Short

  • Identify at-risk accounts and implement retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with executive sponsors to develop save strategies.
  • Analyze churn reasons and conduct post-mortem analyses.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Drive usage of Weavix functionalities and ensure measurable impact.
  • Support upsell and cross-sell opportunities within growth accounts.
  • Monitor and report on account health during quarterly reviews.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure adoption.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback for product improvement.
  • Standardize customer success processes for efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Customer Success Management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record in reducing churn and managing customer health.
  • Experience in upselling and cross-selling.
  • Data-driven approach to customer health analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with customer success tools (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce).
