Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Handshake, you will ensure our education partners are healthy, happy, successful, and retained by creating repeatable and reusable tactics for driving engagement.

  • Manage core and executive relationships for key strategic partners.

  • Own the customer journey from onboarding to optimization.
  • Collaborate internally with sales and product teams.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge to consult partners.
  • Track partner health and collaborate with product teams.
  • Act as the primary liaison for your region.
  • Expand product adoption and drive value for partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success.
  • Proven experience with SaaS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong analytical skills with data reporting.
  • High level of intellectual curiosity.
  • Ability to think critically about customer needs.
  • Fluency in German and English.
