As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Proof, you will be responsible for building strategic relationships with key accounts, driving product adoption, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of client management experience.
  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience in Customer Success or product adoption roles.
  • Ability to work with complex, multi-divisional customers.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude.
  • Curiosity and a desire to understand customer needs.
  • Technical proficiency with APIs and integrations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven relationship-building skills with senior executives.
