In Short

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Proof customers and partners.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Customer Success, and support teams.
• Engage with product and engineering teams to influence product roadmap.
• Lead discovery and planning sessions with customer stakeholders.
• Assist with scoping and implementation of professional services engagements.
• Support customers throughout the project lifecycle including design and deployment.
• Document solutions and assist with enablement materials.
• Help technology partners build integrations and plugins.
• Assist with customer onboarding and configuration.
• Maintain awareness of the Proof platform offerings.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in technical support, software development, or related experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Effective communication skills for all organizational levels.
• Experience in documenting technical workflows and procedures.
• Familiarity with REST APIs.
• Customer service mindset for handling objections.
