Overview

The Director of Sales will build and scale the Enterprise sales organization for Proof, a high-growth startup in the legal tech industry. This leader will build and lead a high performing sales team to overachieve on revenue targets.

In Short

  • Lead and develop a team of enterprise sellers
  • Work with the team on landing net new deals and expand within the client base
  • Build a close relationship with CS and SDR orgs to drive revenue
  • Overachieve targets on both new business and expansion
  • Create a winning culture of high performing, engaged team

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of sales and sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing AEs
  • Experience with creating sales plans and processes
  • Proven cross-functional partnership with Customer Success, Enablement, RevOps, Marketing
  • Domain expertise in legal tech/services is a significant advantage
  • 30%-40% of travel required
