Overview

Cribl is excited to welcome a Director of Sales Commissions to our Finance team to support our go-to-market organization. This pivotal role will be responsible for managing the entire sales commission process, ensuring accurate calculations, timely payments, and alignment with business objectives.

In Short

  • Design and administer scalable, compliant commission plans and models.
  • Manage the end-to-end commission lifecycle.
  • Oversee commission system implementation and maintenance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and IT.
  • Analyze commission data for accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Maintain documentation of commission policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams.
  • Continuously improve processes and internal controls.
  • Generate ad hoc reports and manage a Commissions Analyst.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commissions accounting and sales reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Understanding of enterprise software compensation structures.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Sound judgment and analytical skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with high accuracy.
