Overview

The Director of Sales at Vantaca is responsible for driving the sales organization’s performance, coaching Account Executives, and ensuring sales targets are met through strategic leadership and process management.

In Short

  • Lead and train Account Executives in a value-based sales process.
  • Analyze sales reports and implement necessary changes.
  • Guide teams in closing deals and achieving targets.
  • Monitor customer adoption and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to remove sales blockers.
  • Ensure proper documentation of sales activities in CRM.
  • Adapt sales processes to meet evolving business needs.
  • Foster a customer-centric sales environment.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing sales teams.
  • Ability to handle prospects with varying ARR.
  • Strong analytical skills for report evaluation.
  • Excellent communication skills for team management.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in PropTech or Fintech.
