Overview

The Senior Revenue Operations Admin at Proof will be responsible for managing the company's go-to-market processes, integrating tools, and ensuring data flows seamlessly across systems to enhance operational efficiency.

In Short

• Manage the company’s instances of various GTM tools including Salesforce.
• Design and implement scalable GTM processes focused on automation.
• Ensure clean and actionable data across the revenue funnel.
• Establish KPIs/SLAs and reporting structures for revenue performance.
• Act as front line support for go-to-market teams.
• Identify gaps in processes and recommend new tools.
• Work cross-functionally to solve complex operational challenges.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management insights.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to enforce new processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations at a SaaS company.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and analytical tools.
• Experience with revenue infrastructure tooling.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Proficient in BI Tools like Tableau and Azure Data Explorer.
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-managed and responsive in a virtual team environment.
