Overview

As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst at Lob, you’ll be at the center of Marketing and Revenue alignment. Your typical day will involve analyzing full-funnel performance, building attribution models, supporting campaign effectiveness reviews, and ensuring our revenue data stack is humming.

• Own and enhance multi-touch attribution modeling and campaign ROI reporting.
• Deliver actionable insights on marketing performance and pipeline trends.
• Manage and improve dashboards in Looker and Polytomic.
• Partner with MOPS and Demand Gen for data integrity.
• Support reporting deliverables for WBRs, QBRs, and board-level presentations.
• Implement attribution or funnel diagnostics improvements.
• Launch a refreshed marketing performance dashboard suite.
• Influence strategic GTM changes or marketing investment decisions.
• Measure and optimize top-of-funnel efficiency.
• Build a model for marketing contribution to revenue.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Marketing Analytics, RevOps, or Marketing Ops roles.
• Expertise in SQL and data tools like Looker, Redshift, and Polytomic.
• Fluency in marketing funnel stages and multi-touch attribution.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo.
• Ability to translate business problems into data-driven insights.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset with strong business acumen.
