Senior Revenue Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst at Vanta, you will be tasked with driving key results for Vanta's post-sale teams in the form of reducing churn and increasing expansion, while improving and iterating on Vanta’s churn forecasting motion.

In Short

• Build and maintain a strong operating rhythm for post-sale motion.
• Project planning for rolling out new GTM processes.
• Manage and prioritize competing demands to meet project deadlines.
• Identify gaps in GTM motion and design recommendations.
• Work cross-functionally to capture requirements and deliver enhancements.
• Develop operating metrics and reporting for teams.

Requirements

• Proven project management frameworks and examples.
• Strong business aptitude in marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and analyzing large data sets.
• Advanced Salesforce reporting skills.
• Experience in key operations functions.
• Experience with stakeholder management.
• Experience with Customer Success platforms is a plus.
